Flat Fee Design Consultations (In-person and/or E-Decorating Consultations) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) What are “Flat Fee Design Consultations?” A flat fee design consultation is a design and decorating service for those who don’t want the full involvement of hiring an interior designer, but might just want some suggestions, inspiration or instructions on how to accomplish a new look on their own! Also known as “E-Decorating.” You e-mail me some photos, room dimensions and some helpful information through my Client Information Worksheet, and after approximately 2 weeks (per room, shorter if it’s the Paint Color Scheme or Simply Space Planning Package) I’ll send you my drawings, inspiration photos, color schemes, shopping lists and instructions on how to accomplish your new design. That’s it! You can finish your design in 2 weeks, or 2 years! It’s up to you! Do I need to live near you for a design consultation?
Nope! You can live anywhere in the world! We just share some information and a few photos, and I can get right down to business! If you would like changes made, hourly design rates may apply, but I am always flexible if a design does not fit your needs. My E-Decorating Packages are as follows:
 Paint Color Scheme (includes 3 options) - $60/per interior room, $90 exteriors
 Simply Space Planning (includes 3 furniture floor plan options using your existing furniture) - $60/per interior room
 All-In-One Consultations - (includes floor plan, interior sketches, mock-up/inspiration board, color/material board, shopping list and detailed instructions to DIY) Entry $175 Bathroom $200 Living Room $250 Bedroom $250 Kitchen $250 Dining Room $200 Home Office $225 Contact me for custom quotes - especially if what is listed above is not exactly what you need!
